Ater not updated for about ten thousand years,it's a miracle i'm finally here again..! =)
Have just returned from a trip to Hanoi, capital of Vietnam.
It's a wonderful place , apart from the heavy erratic rains that stormed the place the first two days we were there...the people,especially ,were very caring and nice..really..! They really treat visitors well over there . And they're sincere about it,too.Think's it's their work ethics and their excellent values . Bought a lot of stuff . The place,especially the Old Quarter ,is congested with chickens,people,bicycles and xe oms(motocycles). Did much shopping there with my brother,even went for a haircut .
The places might look a little shabby here and there but don't be deceived by the appearance.The people's service,warmthness and kindness really goes a long way in making your experience an enjoyable one.My brother and I just wandered around and stopped at any roadside stall to eat ,fortunately both of us had no diarrhoea,althought we did experience some flu and cough symptoms along the way .But the roadside stalls were still the best,good,cheap food and service with a smile. =)
The hairstylist who did my hair was really good,I couldn't speak her language but she somehow managed to cut my hair to a pretty nice shape . And it was cut,wash,massage for about 40,000vnd(SGD 4 ) ,the same price as what the locals were paying . =)
